Guy D. Mescher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Guy D. Mescher of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Guy had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Guy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Mescher and Natalie Mescher; his brother Donald Mescher; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Mescher. He is survived by: his brothers, Garry Mescher (Jettie) and Larry Mescher (Lois). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his Fort Mitchell Place family of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 2035 Martin Luther King Dr, Rock Island, IL 61201.
