She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Mayer and Alberta Mayer; her husbands, James Blau and Ralph "Bud" Fugate; and her son Paul Blau.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle "Shay" Lemker (Tom), Debora Smith, Ami Blau Karlosky, Michael Blau (Robbin), Jeff Blau (Kim) and Steve Blau (Cristie). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 45 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Ludlow Community Center, 51 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
