She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Forbes; and her granddaughter Katherine Lukey Melillo. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Jonas (Gerry), Jill Lukey (Rod) and Tom (Bonnie Berninger); and her sister Suzanne Wilshire. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
