It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen A. Fitzpatrick of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Fitzpatrick; and her brother Daniel E. Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her mother Alma Jane Fitzpatrick; her siblings, Barbara L. Maggard, Jerome C. Fitzpatrick (Pam), Kevin J. Fitzpatrick, Colleen M. Fitzpatrick and Andrew J. Fitzpatrick; and her nieces and nephews, Dan Maggard (Kami), Sue M. Reller (Bruce), Beth A. Horton (Kyle), Adam S. Maggard (Jennifer), Ryan Fitzpatrick (Jessica), Katie Bokelman (Zach), Erin Schlagbaum (Brennan), Sydney R. Fitzpatrick, Rachel K. Fitzpatrick, Kristen Clifton (Adam), Emily J. Sullivan (Ryan), Sarah E. Fitzpatrick, Alex J. Fitzpatrick and Kelly S. Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by 20 Great nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
In her honor, contributions may be made to the Stray Animal Adoption Program in Northern Kentucky.
