He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Harper Nee; his parents, Kenneth Harper and Elizabeth Harper; his sister Litta Harper; and his daughter-in-law Naomi Bradford.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Harper, Scott Harper (Kate), Glenn Harper (Paula), Bryan Harper (Janet) and Lesley Hugo (Victor); and his grandchildren, Andrew Harper, John Harper, Mitchell Harper, Kole Feinauer, Keirstin Johnston, Stephanie Silber and Nathan Zeidler. He is also survived by 6 great- grandchildren.
