She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Herbst of Williamsburg; her sister Fayne Stetler; her brother-in-law Dan Smith; and her stepson Eddie Herbst. She is survived by: her caregiver Jerome Lerner of Louisville, Kentucky.; her stepchildren, Theresa Herbst, Nancy Herbst (Scott McNairy, MD) and Lee Anne Finke (Jay); her grandchildren, Ellie and Joe McNairy; her close friend Peggy L. Chandler; her daughter Michele; and her granddaughter Sydney Meyers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
