He was predeceased by: his father Tony Coulter; and his grandparents, Tony, Ruby Coulter, John and Fayma Combs.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Coulter; his daughter Olivia Coulter (Chris); his stepfather Ed Walters; his sister Dawn Belvins (Jeff); his stepbrothers, Ken and Bryan Taylor; his stepmother Corrine; his niece Erin Hill (Evan); his nephew Bradley Marshall (Erica); and his great-nephews, Lukas Marshall and Beckham Hill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many beloved cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation (Online).
