He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Crystal), Karen (Gerald Salyer), Bryan (Karen), David (Lorria), Susan (Brett Boyer) and Jason (Allison). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
