She was predeceased by: her grandfather James Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Jonathan Smith and Nicole Smith; her sister Layla James Smith; and her grandparents, Dave, Kathy Gish, Dan and Laura Hatfield.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Stephen Cemetery Chapel (1523 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, KY 41075). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
