He was predeceased by: his father Jerome Busam; and his brother David Busam. He is survived by: his daughters, Mallory, Ellie and Julia Busam; his mother Carole Busam; his sisters, Diane Kissel (Kenny), Susie VanPelt (Mark) and JoAnne Sawyer (Lori Busam); and his sister-in-law Rhonda Busam. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
