He was predeceased by: his father Albert; his daughter Janet Holtz; and his brother Anthony Holtz. He is survived by: his children, Mark Holtz and Judy Jones (Roger); his grandchildren, Madison Jones, Megan Jones and Charlie Hubig; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Denver; his siblings, Paul Holtz (Ellen), John Holtz (Charlene), Helen Blank (Barry), Rita Heck and Tom Holtz (Linda); and his sister-in-law Jeannine Holtz (Mary Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
