Chiyoko Jo Pool Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chiyoko Jo Pool of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chiyoko Jo Pool to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Douglas Owens (Gene Pool); her parents, Tsune Wattanabe and Shoji Wattanabe; and her stepson Norris Pool. She is survived by: her daughter Patty Goering (Jason); her grandsons, Henry and Matthew Goering of Cold Spring, Kentucky; her sister Toshiko Takashima (Shinji); her sibling's children, Yasuhiro Takashima (Manami) and Junko Kanno (Katsumi) of Sendai, Japan; and her stepchildren, Joyce Hartsell, Wesley Pool (Saundra) and Sidney Pool (Fran).
Memorial donations, while not necessary but appreciated, can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or your local church.
