She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Willoughby and Dolly Willoughby; her husband John West Pentz; and her siblings, Flossy Childers, Judy Sands, Rosella Powers, Stella McGuire, Anna Dishcar, Howard Willoughby, John Willoughby and Bill Willoughby.
She is survived by: her children, John West Pentz, Jr. and Deborah Macke. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as her favorite nieces and nephews.
