He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Perry and Jean Perry; his son John Perry; and his stepfather Jake Worz. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Perry (Gaukel); his brothers, Thad R. Perry (Susanne) and Gary Perry (Joyce); his children, Jeffrey Perry (Amy) and Karen Schneider (David); and his grandsons, Noah Schneider and Thomas Schneider. He is also survived by nieces and four nephews.
