It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Andrew Luckett (Fort Thomas, Kentucky), who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Grant Luckett and Debra Luckett of Ft. Thomas, KY; and his grandparents, Tom and Pat Luckett of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, Funeral Service will be private for family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI), 2441 S. Hwy. 27, Somerset, Kentucky 42501.
