He is survived by: his wife Pat Kemplin; his daughter Vicki Plantholt; his grandchildren, Keith Plantholt, Kyle Plantholt (Jenn), Eric Plantholt, Rick Kemplin and David Kemplin; his great grandchild Maddie Plantholt; and his siblings, Flo and Lonnie Kemplin (Laura).
