He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Turner and Bell. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Jake MacDowell Turner (Becky), Michael Ray Turner (Shawnee), David Charles Turner (Michele) and Benjamin Christopher Turner (Lee Ann); his sisters, Beulah Raleigh, Helen Turner and Lena Bruce; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Rachael, Xander, Mac, Aaron, Aiden, Ray, Ellie, Mary Jewel, Owen and Luke.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Foundation or the American Diabetes Association, causes that were close to Garland's heart.
