He was predeceased by: his parents, William Grant Thornberry and Desi Lorraine Dumas; his wife Ruth Ann; and his brother William Patrick Thornberry. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Thornberry and Keith Thornberry (Donna); and his sister Linda Trotta (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dobbling Funeral Home (106 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
