He was predeceased by: his father James T. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Phillips; his son Ethan Phillips; his mother Loretta Phillips; his siblings, Leslie Dowell (Dale), Melissa Atkins (David), Half, Owen Phillips, Mark Phillips, Tami Phillips and Suzie Padget; and his parents-in-law, Donna and Larry "Duff" Walz. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Friend.
