He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Parrott and Dorothy Parrott; his brothers, Earl and Walter; and his stepdaughter Rhonda Mayes (Miller).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Parrott; his siblings, Barbara Stinnett (Parrott), Janet Newberry (Parrott), Lois Parrott and Raymond Parrott Jr.; his son Grandson; and his grandchildren, Valarie Zembrodt (Mayes) and Jacob Mayes. He is also survived by 15 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
