With sadness, we share the passing of John Wayne Hetteberg (Fort Thomas, Kentucky). John Wayne, born on March 13, 1943, passed away on August 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Hartman; and his siblings, George Hetteberg and Linda Montelisciani. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hetteberg of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his children, Jodi Otto (Fred), Jon Hetteberg (Tamie), Danielle Hetteberg and Michael Hetteberg (Erin); and his grandchildren, Justin Otto (Teryn), Sara-Anne Otto (David), Logan Otto (Danielle), Christian Tucker, Jonathan Hetteberg, Jacquelyn Young (Anthony), Kaitlyn Hetteberg, Josie Lavon (Zach), Kayleigh Hetteberg and Taylor Hetteberg. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
