She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brown and Florence; and her siblings, Orville Dale Brown, Francis Sharp and Dorothy Brown.

She is survived by: her close friend Michael Dunker; and her sisters, Faye Gann and Linda Callen. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
