She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brookbank and Catherine; her husband Howard Baxter, Sr.; her daughter Wanda Stephenson; and her sons-in-law, Mike Brooks, Sr., Gary Rothenbusch, Jerry Brooks and Wayne Stephenson.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Brooks, Howard Donald Baxter, Jr. (Stephanie) and Mark Baxter (Kelly). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren & many great grandchildren.
