Thomas, Chris Burkart (Larry) of Liberty Township and Kevin Jones (Janice) of Taylor Mill; her grandchildren, Erin Horton (James), Josh Hartman (Beth), Amanda Boehne (Billy), Alex Burkart (Ellen), Jacob Burkart (Kelsey), Brian Jones (Alix), Kyle Jones (Shelby) and Michael Burkart (Alexa); her great grandchildren, Emma Horton, Natalie Horton, Samantha Hartman, Georgia Horton, Cooper Hartman, Anna Boehne, Molly Louise Boehne, Caroline Burkart, Decker Burkart, Tucker Jones, Natalie Burkart, Navy Burkart, Ava Burkart, Wesley Jones and Landon Burkart; and her sister Ann Placke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
