She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Mullins; and her parents, Marion, Sr. Stewart and Nancy Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Sidney Wayne Fee (Joy), Robert Mullins (Sandy Ann), Eugene Mullins (Kathy), James Mullins and Vicki Mullins Hall; her grandchildren, Steven Turner, Robert Mullins, Gabrielle Stegman, Shelby Mullins, Andrew Mullins, Samantha Weingartner, Jessica Fee and Sidney Wayne Fee, Jr.; and her siblings, Marion Stewart, Jr. and Elsie McHugh. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
