He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Mike" and Helen; and his sister Marilyn Berton. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Sara Vank (Forest Russman), Helen Vank and Jeff Vank (Kimberley); and his grandchildren, Ryman, Lucy, Hendrix and Raven.
