He was predeceased by: his father James Leo Cloud; and his sister Carolyn Goins. He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his mother Elaine Cloud; and his siblings, Cathy Cloud (Larry Stolte) and Jim Cloud (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
