She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred Jeanne and Arthur Smith; and her siblings, Helen Lynn Smith, Phyllis Parrott (Smith), Edward Arthur Smith, Albert Smith and James Parrott.
She is survived by : her daughter Rhonda Miller (Miller); her grandson Tim; her children, Valarie Mayes (Zembrodt) and Timothy Parrott (Sheila); her granddaughter Valarie Zembrodt (Mayes); and her son Jacob Mayes (Nicole). She is also survived by 5 children, step-children.
