He was predeceased by: his parents, John Helminiak and Bonnie Helminiak; and his siblings, John Helminiak, Marian Mitchell and Bonnie Jean Helminiak.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Helminiak, Sr. (Dorye); his sons, Ray Helminiak and Mark Helminiak (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Madison Helminiak, Katelynn Helminiak and Peyton Helminiak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
