He is survived by : his wife Jackie Nulsen Thompson; his daughters, Melody Thompson (Patrick), Linda Stewart (John) and Amy Leigh (Steve); his grandchildren, Justin Stewart (Sarah), Jared Stewart (Jenna), Jack Stewart (Madison), McKenzie Leigh and Ryan Leigh; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Anastasia, Maeve, Del and Joshua Stewart.
