He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugh Draper and Grace Draper (Moore). He is survived by : his wife Martha Draper (Shull); his sons, Michael B. Draper (Michelle) and Robert Draper Jr. (Sheila); his sister Blanche Frame; and his grandsons, James, Michael, Robert III and Matthew. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
