He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rackley; his children, Michael Rackley, Shannon Rackley (Oshel Casto, III), Ronnie Rackley II (Jennifer), Jason Rackley, Christopher Rackley and Nicole Bellamo (Eric); his stepson Darryl "DJ" Pabst (Helen); his sister Tonya Leggett; and his mother-in-law Jo Anne Pabst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home (822 York St, Newport, KY 41071). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
