She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skaggs and Jurusha Skaggs (Charles Hall). She is survived by: her sons, John Hall (Debbie), Jim Hall (Alicia) and Troy Hall (Cindy). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 10 Great Grandchildren.
