It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Frazer of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jack Frazer. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Frazer (Henning) of Fort Thomas, KY; his children, Alan S. Frazer of Concord, NC and LauraLee Foley (Andrew) of Fort Thomas, KY; and his grandchildren, Haley Frazer, Braxton Frazer, Ashton Foley, Adelaide Foley and Lillian Foley.
Memorials are suggested to the Greater Cincinnati Alzheimer's Association or the Fort Thomas Education Foundation.
