She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughter Leslie; her son-in-law Chad; her grandchildren, Jordan, Paige, Carson and Adrian (AJ); her pet Chloe; and her siblings, Anne Morrow, Caroline Gruner, Margie Ison (Jon), Patty Mahan, Barb Robke (Tom), Steve Hartman, Greg Hartman (Jerry), Laura Evans (Richard), Joni Geiger (Pat) and Chrissy Collins. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Therese requests donations be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church (Upkeep and other parish ministries.).
