He is survived by: his wife Carol "Carrie" Brueggemann; his children, Kathy Bertke (Lyndon), Jack Brueggemann, Jr. (Teresa), Tim Brueggemann (Jamie), Mark Brueggemann (Sherri), David Brueggemann (Mary Kay), Mary Stetter (Dan) and Andy Brueggemann (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Matthew Bertke (Meg), Alexandra Janszen (Mark), Carolyn, Jackie Brueggemann, Elizabeth, Emma Brueggemann, Kate Ward (Matt), Mark Joseph Brueggemann (Nicole), Tim (Cynthia), Travis Brueggemann, Katie Scott (Brennan), David Brueggemann (Meredith), Nathan (Nicole), Austin (Tessa), Zach Stetter, Shelby Wilkens (Joe), Brooke, Haley and Hunter Brueggemann. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
