Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Johnsville Cemetery (253 Union Chapel Rd, Foster, KY 41043).
