He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Wigger and Marvin Wigger; and his brother Stephen Wigger. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Trigg); his children, Mary Karen Pietrus (Kurt), Kathryn (Ashley), Michael (Stephanie) and Gregory (Leslie); his siblings, Connie Aylor (Dutton), Diane Wilson (Bob), Tom (Lynn), Jeff (Mary Sue) and David (Kris); and his godmother Henrietta Wienkamp (Aunt Babe). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Xavier Church (611 Sycamore St, Cincinnati, OH 45202).
