She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip E. Phipps; her daughter Lisa Phipps; and her brothers, Kendall and Gary Cooper. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Lambert (David); her grandchildren, Sara, Zachary and Joshua Lambert; her great grandchild Savannah; and her siblings, Janice Dials, Robert B. Cooper, Geraldine Covington, Carole Smalley, Margie Ferguson, Sharon Lykins and Jana Marie Newsom.
