He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kendall and Jerome Kendall; his wife Mary Susan Kendall; and his siblings, Kay Combs and Jean Gantzer.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Kendall (Melissa), Ryan Kendall (Stephanie) and J. Cris Kendall; his grandchildren, Hayden, Addison, Leo, Hugo, Margo and Gribben; and his siblings, Jan Farrell, Shirley Kendall, Jerry Kendall and Vicki Coombs.
