He is survived by: his mother Jane Donadio Brockman; his children, Sammy and Annie; and his siblings, Emily (Jesse Crail), Brian (Jessica Brockman), Megan (David Mann), Bridget (Andrew Schneider), Teresa (Marty Alter), John (Helen Ann Brockman), Tony Brockman and Philip (Samantha Brockman). He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews.
Rob's greatest contribution to baseball was the impact he made on young players.
