It is with sadness that the passing of Robert J. Kaufman (Fort Wright, Kentucky) is shared. Robert, born on November 17, 1937, passed away on August 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelan Kaufman and Cletus Kaufman; his wife Margaret Kaufman; and his sister Betty Kaufman. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kaufman Jr. (Theresa), Nicholas Kaufman (Kathleen), Joseph Kaufman (Kimberly) and Mark Kaufman (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kaufman, Sarah Lengyel (John), Kenneth Kaufman (Sarah), Brian Kaufman, Kaitlyn Rogers (Nick), Benjamin Kaufman, Andrew Kaufman and Brody Kaufman; his great grandchildren, Sophia Kaufman, Henry Kaufman and Ryleigh Rogers; and his brother Gerald Kaufman.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076). A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Stephen Cemetery (1523 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to be sent to The Point Arc of Northern Kentucky, 104 W Pike St, Covington, KY 41011 and/or St. Vincent de Paul Society at St.Joseph Church, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
