He was predeceased by: his son Bryan Havlin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fry; his daughter Denise Culshaw (Ben); his grandchildren, Kyle (MacKenzie), Kody and Kory Havlin (Kailey); his great grandchildren, Thistley, Nathan, Islay and Josie Havlin; and his brother Robert Fry.
