He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rapp and Verna Dawson Rapp; his son Kenny Rapp; his brother Gary Rapp; and his great grandchild Alex Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Vater and Greg Rapp; his sister Sarah Jane Rapp; his granddaughter Kyla Vater (Tim Underwood); and his great grandchildren, Cassie Callahan, Alexus and Sophia Underwood.
