We announce the death of Roger Baird of Foster, Kentucky, who passed away on August 17, 2026, at the age of 78. Roger will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Baird and Grace Marcum Baird. He is survived by: his wife Judy Baird; his children, Rebecca Bishop (Tim), Melissa Bishop (Mark), Donna Feltner (Bill), Dwayne and Miranda Baird (Andy); his siblings, James Baird (Linda), Paul Baird (Sherry) and Sandy Kidd (Ronald); his grandchildren, Lee Bishop (Sara), Tyler Bishop (Lane), Logan Bishop (Eva), Jacob Feltner (Rebecca), Travis Bishop, Emilee Yates (Marquis) and Landon Bishop (Macy); and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Becklee, Malin, Grace, Elias, Bentlee, Bailee, Cove and Wiley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (4661 New Zion Rd, Pendleton County, KY 41040).
In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations can be made out to New Zion Baptist Church.
