It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Dale Johnson of Fountain Run, Kentucky, born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. "Tuck" Johnson and Sue Johnson (Douglas); and his grandparents, Andrew D., Florence Johnson (Stanford), Elvis H. and Rhoda A. Douglas (Slayton).
He is survived by: his children, Andi Johnson and Lee Douglas Johnson (Sarah); his brothers, Danny Johnson (Donna Sue) and Timmy Johnson (Tammy); his grandsons, Everett Lee Johnson and Noah Anthony Johnson; his siblings' children, Stacey Simmons (Mark), Nikki King (Wesley), Kala Holland (Kaleb), Kelsey Johnson and Kole Johnson; his great-nieces, Courtney Cornelius, Makayla Cornelius, Addison King and Raelynn Short; and his pet Maggie.
