Though Harry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herrensmith and Theresa Herrensmith; his wife Melinda Herrensmith; and his stepson Troy Cilone. He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Brewington (Chris) of Fountain Run and Gabrielle Ashley Gholson (Jonny) of Louisville; his stepsons, Samuel Cilone Jr. (Susan) of Louisville and Kevin Cilone (Renea) of Mammoth Cave; and his grandchildren, Troy Cilone, Jonathan Brewington Sammi Brewington (Karleigh), Jonas Gholson and Mila Gholson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Arch L. Heady Immediately.
