Hubert Daine Harrison Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hubert Daine Harrison of Fountain Run, Kentucky, who passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Wendell Harrison and Tommie Thomas Harrison Day; and his stepdaughter Marla Stewart. He is survived by : his wife Martha Powell Harrison; his children, Lisa Nickerson, Shannon Harrison, Dana Harrison, Suzanne Holthouser, Michelle Edwards and James Harrison; his stepdaughter Davie Reneau; and his siblings, John Harrison, Marshall Harrison, Patricia Scott and Faye Harrison. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be sent to BRAWA.

Ned Campbell wrote a sympathy message

“I’m saddened to hear about Hubert. He was the most intelligent student in our HS class. He was the best read. He was a kind kid. He never got into any trouble at school. Never got into a fight or argument with people. He had a happy demeanor. He never showed off or caused attention to be brought onto himself. He was witty and liked to make people laugh. As life would have it I completely lost track of him after HS. I know he became a carpenter. Ned Campbell Sorry for you.”
