He is survived by: his wife Judy Veach of Fountain Run, KY; his daughters, Vanessa Veach (Wade Bean) of Lafayette, TN and Chasity Lowery (Charlie) of Glasgow, KY; his grandsons, Mason and Sam Lowery; his goddaughter Emily Salloum; his caregivers, Deiliah and Logan Hatfield; and his brother Marshall Veach of Fountain Run, KY..
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 175 Main St, Fountain Run, KY 42133. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Fountain Run Cemetery (205 Eaton Ln, Fountain Run, KY 42133).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelly's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's' Association.
