She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Holt and Frances Holt (Herndon); and her brothers, Gary and Roy Holt. She is survived by: her daughter Emily Eaton (Brian) of Fountain Run, KY; her grandchildren, Emery, Tucker, Millie Eaton, Callie and Cade Turner; her sister Janet Holt Heveron of Edmonds, WA; her nieces, Amber Chiozza, Trisha Sacha, Nylah Holt and Shannon Holt Horsley; and her nephew Chester Holt.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fountain Run Funeral Home (175 Main St, Fountain Run, KY 42133). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Wood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Judy has requested a donation to be made to Adopt a Backpack Program, or to plant a tree or plant somewhere in her memory.
