She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Holt and Frances Holt (Herndon); and her brothers, Gary and Roy Holt. She is survived by: her daughter Emily Eaton (Brian) of Fountain Run, KY; her grandchildren, Emery, Tucker, Millie Eaton, Callie and Cade Turner; her sister Janet Holt Heveron of Edmonds, WA; and her sibling's children, Amber Chiozza, Trisha Sacha, Nylah Holt, Shannon Holt Horsley and Chester Holt.
In lieu of flowers, Judy has requested a donation to be made to Adopt a Backpack Program, or to plant a tree or plant somewhere in her memory.
